Tender, flaky Haddock in crunchy bite-sized pieces. Great as an appetizer, mini fish & chips, or kid's meal. Haddock is a popular white fish, similar in many ways to cod, with firm flesh, and delicate flavor. These terrific species can be grilled, baked, poached, and fried for fish 'n' chips.
Preparation: For best results cook from frozen. If thawed reduce cook time.
Cooking Instructions:
Deep fry: Heat oil to 365 F, fry for approximately 4 -5 minutes until golden brown.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425, bake 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. turn over once during cooking.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary with equipment - For added crispiness cook slightly longer.
